Cancellation policies

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation request is made 30 days or more before arrival. No refunds will be given if cancellations are made less than 29 days before arrival.

5. ¿QUÉ DATOS DEL USUARIO TRATARÁ CB EL SOMBRERO?
CB El Sombrero podrá tratar las siguientes categorías de datos, en función de la solicitud
realizada por el Usuario:

· Datos de contacto: Dirección postal, teléfono móvil, dirección de correo electrónico.
· Datos de características personales: fecha de nacimiento, sexo, nacionalidad.
· Datos de preferencias.
· Datos de la tarjeta, necesarios para la realización del pago de la reserva o para garantizar la misma, así como para pagar la estancia o los servicios asociados a la misma.
En caso de que el Usuario facilite datos de terceros, manifiesta contar con el consentimiento de los mismos y se compromete a trasladar al interesado, titular de dichos datos, la información contenida en la presente Política de Privacidad, eximiendo a CB El Sombrero de cualquier responsabilidad en este sentido. No obstante, CB El Sombrero podrá llevar a cabo las verificaciones
necesarias para constatar este hecho, adoptando las medidas de diligencia debida que correspondan, conforme a la normativa de protección de datos.
6. ¿CUÁL ES LA LEGITIMACIÓN DEL TRATAMIENTO DE TUS DATOS?

10. EJERCICIO DE DERECHOS
